What’s showing up for you?
I’ve noticed a slight buzzing and shaking in my nervous system warning me that I’d better be vigilant to keep myself and others safe. I’m a little more on edge and certainly more emotional right now. I am fighting the urge to stuff the deep fears down with potato chips and dip and a jumbo-sized glass of wine.
I go back and forth between appreciating and enjoying a slower pace and frantically looking for ways to get more control back into my life and into the familiar routines that bring me comfort.
We are all being confronted with the patterns we drop into in times of crisis or uncertainty. Be proud and own the ones that serve you and explore the ways to let go of the ones that don’t.
There is a major opportunity for you to release and recalibrate yourself right now – to give yourself full permission to live in faith rather than fear, to focus on what you want rather than what you think others expect of you, to believe in yourself and your wisdom as the way forward.
